Our applications are done through the internet as much as possible to allow us easy communication and review. To start, we need to know your e-mail address, and a password you'd like to use to view or update this application. If you have received a grant from CorgiAid before, use that e-mail address and password. You can update your address if needed as you fill out this application.

An important note: CorgiAid does all of its business in e-mail. We must be able to reach you via the e-mail address you give here. If you don't hear back from us within a week, check your spam box.

As you go through the next steps:

• Fill in the application information as thoroughly as possible. You must give the medical condition or a description of the reason for the expenses, and tell us the amount you want from CorgiAid.
• Although we do not require receipts for non-eligible items, they must be reasonable and customary for the care of this dog. We may question things like high priced food or a lot of mileage.
• Upload at least one picture of your dog. If this dog is a mix, the pictures should include one picture that shows the dog standing and in profile to help us see the corgi in the dog.
• When you feel you have filled in all the needed information, submit the application by clicking on the 'SUBMIT' tab in the menu bar.
• You may also upload receipts. If you cannot get a digital image of a receipt in jpg or pdf format, please fax it to 208-693-8342.
• Please communicate to us about this application by using the 'send message' button found on the menu bar.
