The Story of Ripley

Last Updated: February 13, 2023

Ripley was surrendered to SOS Corgi Canada by a couple that was experiencing marital conflicts and separation.
He was not neutered when he was surrendered and had a urinary tract infection. He was crpytorchid, meaning his testicles had not properly descended, so his neuter was more involved than a routine neuter. He also required a testosterone test afterwards to ensure the neuter was a success and that his hormone levels had gone down appropriately. He was also prescribed an intestinal dewormer. Ripley is recovering in foster care and will be evaluated for adoption when he is better.
