Ayra was not getting along with the Standard poodles in her home and was irritating the female poodle a little too much. The poodle decided to react by ripping into Ayra’s neck. The behavior had been escalating and after this incident they contacted rescue to help. Ayra had preventative treatments; flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, microchipping, routine dental care, spay/neuter, and vaccinations, tests: blood work, fecal testing, heartworm test, X-rays, Valley Fever and Tick Fever tests. She has some arthritis or other rheumatic problems. Ayra is actually a very sweet and loving girl, who just wants to be a Queen in her own world. Her foster was a previous adopter from the rescue and by the time Ayra had been vetted and treated, they had fallen in love and she was there to stay.
