Sig was found running the streets and the person who took him in tried finding his owners and found through posts that the owners had moved out of state. It seemed to appear that the people who had been given charge of him, no longer wanted him and neither did his original owners. The finder contacted rescue and turned him over. Sig is the sweetest, loving little guy, but very demanding (vocally) for attention. He came to rescue, intact, with bad allergies, runny eyes, and more energy than 3 Corgis. Sig had preventative treatments; flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, microchipping, routine dental care, spay/neuter, and vaccinations, tests: blood work, fecal testing, heartworm test, X-rays. He required dental work as he had some broken molars. After receiving a Cytopoint injection and treating his eyes with drops and his paws with medicated mousse for the yeast infection, he is doing so much better.
