Good Golly Miss Molly XI, UD, RAE, AX, AXJ, AXP, MJP 3

November 21, 1993 – August 30, 2007

Molly was the girl for me from the moment I first saw her. Molly came running toward me with this big patch of white on her ear and these little chubby Corgi feet. She scampered up into my lap as if to say, “You are my Mom.” She was certainly my girl.

Molly was many things to me; my first Corgi, my child, my friend, my partner in competitive dog sports, and my traveling companion. They say that everyone gets one great dog --- Molly was that one great dog.

Molly and I entered Novice A obedience and earned her CD in three shows. From Novice A we went all the way through Utility to earn her UD with four UD legs. At eight years old, Molly and I began agility which she absolutely loved from her first jump. Molly ran and qualified in agility trials until she was twelve years old and attained many titles. Molly never wanted to slow down. She enjoyed traveling and going to shows and doing new things. Molly earned her RAE at age twelve and certified for tracking later the same year. While Molly never earned an AKC VCD title, I feel that Molly was truly a versatile Corgi in every way. At thirteen, Molly earned her last title, an Australian Shepherd Club of America (ASCA) CD.

Molly is greatly missed at our house, by her Dad, by her kitties, and by her Whippet sisters, Cate and Wallis, but most of all by me.

Molly, until I see you again . . .
