Pepper came to rescue from a rural family that supposedly found her on their rural road. She was limping and also needed her basic care. Hip x-rays showed she was fine. Pepper had general health testing, her preventative maintenance and was spayed. She was adopted by a family who had recently lost their Corgi to cancer.
