Here is Annie's story, in the words of her rescuer:
"Annie and her 'brother' Zeke were left homeless when their elderly owner died and no one in the family wanted the dogs.
"Zeke and Annie MUST be placed together as they have lived together their entire lives and are very dependent on one another.
"Annie is losing her sight and hearing, and depends on Zeke to help her get around."
