Here is Georgie's story, in the words of his rescuer:
"Georgie came from Arkansas and was about to be put to sleep. His former owners did not keep him contained so he would run loose and get in to trouble. He was taken by the local animal control. He was given a few days due to being a sweet dog in hopes of getting a second chance. Through the help of several fellow rescuers he made his way to Alabama.
"Georgie is a sweet dog. He has gotten along with other dogs and people through the entire ordeal of vet stay, staying at several different homes, and transport van. He needs some obedience training, but is a soft dog. He minds well and will do well in an experienced home."
CorgiAid supporters will help Georgie get shined up on his health care, so he can go forward and lead the happy life he deserves. Thank you!
