Maribelle: Granted July 17, 2010

The Story of Maribelle

Last Updated: July 17, 2010

Here is Maribelle's story, in the words of her rescuer:
"Maribelle arrived at the shelter, dirty with feces and urine, with a very bad UTI, with a spay incision which was infected, and with horrible teeth.
"She is a shy girl; a bit timid when confronted with new places and new people.
"She is doing well in her foster home, but is still shy when away from her foster home. We are working on socialization.
"She loves other dogs. She has learned to bark, sleep on the back of the sofa, and 'time to eat'. It is obvious that she was never inside a home but has adjusted well to the good life."
CorgiAid supporters are helping Maribelle recover from her severe neglect, so she can get healthy and continue working on learning to be a beloved pet. Thank you!
