The Story of Tipper

Tipper's owner was going to an assisted living center and there was no family to care for Tipper. Tipper had not been to a veterinarian since she was 5 five months old. Amazingly she was in good health other than her teeth. After losing eight teeth, Tipper has become a fun lovable girl.
