Hope and Connor came into rescue from a small Missouri town where their owner had been breeding them and selling their puppies. The owner lost their home and was unable to take the dogs to their new home.
Hope came into rescue extremely overweight. She had produced five litters, having a C-section with the last litter. She was painful and could walk only a very short distance. She was and is the very sweetest girl and her foster and the vet staff call her Princess Hope. Your donations ensured that Hope was examined where it was found she was suffering from arthritis, had terrible ear mites and very bad teeth. Hope was treated, given the usual preventative treatments and will be on meds for her arthritis for the rest of her life.
