The Story of Baxter

Last Updated: August 22, 2013

Rescuer: Walton Salley at

Here is Baxter's story, in the words of his rescuer:
"Baxter was a forgotten outdoor dog that was listed on Craigslist by an owner that did not want to deal with him any more. He was unaltered, heartworm positive, and full of fleas and ticks. Despite the neglect he was a sweet boy who just wanted what every corgi wants - a loving home."
CorgiAid supporters have helped Baxter get rid of those nasty heartworms, and get up to speed on the rest of his health care, so he can go forward into the happy life he deserves. Thank you!
Baxter was rescued in South Carolina.

This dog is available for adoption. Please contact Walton Salley at for more information.
